To maintain order and the safety of our staff, clients and fellow West Australians we must all do our part in Keeping WA Safe from COVID 19 outbreaks.
If you are intending to visit the salon, whether its for an appointment, to pop in and make a booking or purchase product from us, we require the following upon entry….

wear a mask ~

May we ask you to please wear a mask entering the salon, and at all times you are inside the salon. Only in the circumstances if you are eating or drinking, and face recognition payments via your  devices you can remove your mask.

sign in via safe app ~

It is mandatory that you use the Keep WA Safe app and check into Arcorace Hair and Beauty upon entry. If at any time you need to leave the salon please sign in and out with your times on the notepad provided.
This includes going to our common used areas such us the toilets, and visiting other shops along the strip.

sanitise ~

May we ask you to please sanitize upon entry and if at any point you leave the salon and return, wash your hands and sanitize again. There will be various bottles in various locations within the studio, please use them.
Please refrain from touching anything in the salon, including products or salon equipment. 
Ask a staff close by to help assist you with anything you may need, including refreshments.


Please bring your own charger, reading material and stationary. This will help us to not have to sanitise, and clean the littlest of things that is un-necessary.
If you are bringing your own food and drinks, please may we ask you to sit outside the studio in the open air.

plus ones ~

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate anyone who brings an extra guests to their appointment.
This applies to friends, family members or children. We are a small space and simply do not have the somewhere to seat your plus one.
We welcome little babies in prams. however please lets us now prior to your appointment so we can arrange a pram friendly space for you.

cashless payments ~

Making payment with either card, with your devices, afterpay and zippay is acceptable in the studio.
Please try and refrain from using cash as much as possible.

stay home if you are sick ~

Please do not come into the studio at any point and reschedule your appointment if you are unwell or have the following symptoms;

  • headaches
  • fever
  • sore throat
  • coughing
  • shortness of breath
  • runny / stuffy nose
  • muscle / body aches
  • fatigue
  • upset stomach
  • diarrhoea
  • vomiting or,
  • gastro within the last 10 days.


It is unfair, unsafe and irresponsible to enter the salon and risk staff and fellow clients at Arcorace Hair and Beauty to be contaminated.

If you wish to purchase a products, our online store is available 24/7 for purchases, and can be delivered within 24-48 hours for local Perth / Doubleview customers.


patience whilst reassuring your safety~

Please be patient with us as we work through the new procedures and restrictions we face during these times. These restrictions will be continuous from Saturday 6th February 2021, until the government states otherwise.

There will be a chair, and a basin between each client during your visit at all times whilst you are in the salon. 

Our bookings will be limited as we practice our social distancing in the studio, which means one-hairdresser per client at one time.

We kindly ask you to be understanding that we may not be able to accommodate that last minute booking. We urge clients (new and old) to pre-book your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment.  There will be a waitlist in place for cancelations.

Please be patient when entering the studio, and if you see the space is full, kindly wait outside on our benches and a staff member will be with you shortly.

Please make sure you are filling out our COVID 19 forms truthfully and correctly to ensure the safety of your surroundings.

May we ask you kindly to please be respectful and mindful of fellow clients in the studio during your appointment at Arcorace Hair and Beauty.
